4 Corners

Today will be an outside WOD due to the floors being resurfaced in the office.

1600m run

at each corner you stop and do an exercise

  1. 15 Burpees
  2. 30 Air Squats
  3. 15 Push-ups
  4. 30 lunges (15 each leg)

 

(1 round , 30 min time cap)
