10 minutes to work on snatch. We will be doing the pause snatch drill which will emphasize making contact with the hip before pulling underneath the bar. You may catch the bar in the power or full receiving position. The weights you use are up to you, but you cannot go up in weight unless u make contact with the hip, so for some this may be an empty barbell.

Conditioning:

4 rounds for time
15 HAH (heavy as hell) russian swings
10 Turkish get ups (5 per side) 25/40
5 Handstand pushups
