Conditioning:

100 heavy Russian swings.

Do as many as you can unbroken. When u need to stop swinging, you need to run a 400. You score is the time taken to complete 100 swings. Please go heavier that what you do american swings with.

Core:

Wall walks x15
Walk outs x30 if you cannot do wall walks.
