5,5,5,5,5

Conditioning:

7 minute AMRAP

3 DB Push Press 50/35
3 Burpees
6 DB Push Press
6 Burpees
9 DB Push Press
9 Burpees
12 DB Push Press
12 Burpees
Add 3 reps every round until 7 minutes is up.
-KB’s are acceptable to use.
