Eight rounds for max reps of: Hang power clean (115/75), 20 seconds on Rest 10 seconds

One minute rest between Tabata’s

Eight rounds for max reps of: Push press (115/75) , 20 seconds on Rest 10 seconds

Post total hang power cleans and total push press reps.
