Daily Training and Yoga at 9:30am

YOGA today at 9:30am following class. Next week Yoga will move back to Sunday at 11am.

6×3 Back Squat

then:

21-15-9

  • Barbell Lunge (95/65)
  • Burpess Over Bar
  • Wall Balls (20/14)
