Clean 2 rep max

*catch in the full squat. A power clean to a front squat will only be used for folks that cannot clean, not for folks that can clean and are just powering because they can’t get under the bar. There is a big difference.

Conditioning:

5 rounds for time
12 DB hang power clean 50/35
Broad jump 20yds (length of gym)
Bear crawl back 20 yds

Core:

Side planks 4 sets of 30 on 30 off per side.
