Skillwork: Turkish get-ups

then:

“Arnie” modified

  • 15 Turkish get-ups, right arm (53/35)
  • 30 KBS (53/35)
  • 15 OHS, left arm (53/35)
  • 30 KBS
  • 15 OHS, right arm
  • 30 KBS
  • 15 TGU, left arm

Use a KB or dumbbell for the TGU and OHS and use the same weight for both. Use a weight that is challenging. Post time and weight used.
