This workout is very long, please get to class early this day for some extra warmup time, coaches will provide a short warmup and we will get going.

5 rounds for time

20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats

*rest 3 minutes between each round. Subtract out your 12 minutes of rest at the end.

*cap is when class ends.
