-15 Push Jerks (135/95)
– total box jumps

Complete 30 DL and 15 PJ and then complete as many box jumps as possible with the time remaining time of the 4 minutes. Your score will be total box jumps completed in the 4 rounds.
Work for 4 minutes then rest for 3 minutes.
