Conditioning:

Death by Swings and Burpees

You have 1 minute to complete the following:

Perform 1 swing and 1 burpee during minute 1.
Perform 2 swings and 2 burpees during minute 2.
Perform 3 swings and 3 burpees during minute 3
Continue this pattern until you cannot keep up with the required number of reps within the minute.

If you finished minute 9, and got 10 swings and 5 burpees when the minute expired, your score is 9+15

    If you did 10swings than you would have done 1 too many . . . probably could have gotten another burpee in! Just sayin’.
