Snatch 1 rep max

This is meant to catch in the full squat position, however those that are not mobile enough yet will be performing the power snatch.


4 rounds

100 ft WAITER WALKS(65/45)*
10 goblet squats (65/45)
10 box jumps
5 wall walks (stomach to wall)

*Please alternate hands for the waiter walks every round. Also, watch the video for a quick look on how to perform the movement.


Side planks 3×30 seconds per side rest as needed between sets
