We are pleased to announce a change to the unlimited membership. As of this Sunday yoga at 11am is now included in our unlimited membership. Take this opportunity to have a class with Elle from yogasphere and work on your mobility and flexibility.

Skillwork: 10 min to work on a weakness. Snatch, kipping pull-ups, double-unders, hand stand push-ups etc.

  • 6 Burpees over bar
