Conditioning:

10 minute AMRAP

15 power Snatch (75, 53)*
30 doubles or 150 singles

*if you are not using bumber plates and must use a small plate then initiate the lift from mid shin.

DO NOT BAIL THE BARS AT All DURING THIS WORKOUT. THE 10’s ARE NOT MEANT TO BE BAILED, HENCE THE CRACKED PLATES.

Core:

Toes to bar 3x max reps, rest as needed between sets.
