Starting tomorrow Sunday 11:00 Yoga is now included in the unlimited membership.

Next week we will have one class on Thanksgiving at 9:30 and one class on Friday at 9:30. Make sure you sign-up for these classes on Mindbody when they become available.

3 rds, 1 min at each station, 1 min rest between rounds

  • Row for Cal
  • Push Press (75/45)
  • Clapping Push-ups
  • Front Squats (75/45)
  • DB Deadlift (50/30 each hand)
  • Good Mornings (45/33)
