We will hold a 9:30 class only on Thursday and Friday this week due to the holiday.

5 rounds

3 power cleans @80% of your 1rm
6 SPLIT SQUAT JUMPS (3 per leg)
9 Toes to bar
12 Hand Release Push-ups

Rest exactly 2:00 between rounds, subtract the 8:00 minutes off your time at the end.
