  • 12 OH Walking Lunge (45/25)
  • 9 KB Swings (53/35)
  • 6 Wall Balls
  • 3 Burpees

Skillwork: Snatch. Take 10 minutes prior to wod to work on one of the snatch variations. Use no more than 50% of your max.
