Conditioning:

Tabata

  • Wall Balls  (20/14)
  • Box Jumps
  • KB SDHP (53/35)
  • Ab mat sit-ups

8 rounds at each station 20 sec work 10 sec rest.  Complete all 8 rounds at one station before moving to the next. Score is total combined reps of all 4 stations.
