Reminder: open gym will be this Saturday from 8:30-10:30. We will offer our regularly scheduled CrossFit Classes at 9 and 10 am on Sunday. Please sign-up on line. We will condense the classes due to low enrollment. This is for 12/8 and 12/9 only.

12 Front squat 115/85
9 Hang power clean
6 Handstand push-ups (head to 1 abmat)
