Conditioning:

4 rounds

DB Waiters Walk (50/35) 100 ft*
High Box Jump (30/24) x 9
Deck squats x 6
Power Snatches x 3 135/85**

*change hands every other round on the waiters walk
**if you do not reach these weights for your 3 rep max please do not attempt to use them for the workout.

Core:

Planks 1 minute on 1 minute off x 3 sets
