5×5 Overhead Squat

Conditioning:

  • 2 min of burpees
  • 1 min of hang squat clean (95/65)
  • 30 sec of double unders
  • 1 min hang squat clean
  • 30 sec DU
  • 1 min hang squat clean
  • 30 sec DU
  • 1 min hang squat clean
  • 30 sec DU
  • 2 min burpees

score = total # burpees + # hang squat clean

Core: Tabata; 20 sec in plank position 10 sec in superman hold 8x
