Skill Work (10 Minutes)

Perform one of the following:

30 Dead Hang Pull-ups (bands are allowed)
30 Ring Dips (bands are allowed)
3 rope climbs

Break these up into manageable sets.

5 rounds

20 back squats 95/65
20 hand release push-ups

-Please try your best to NOT drop the barbells with only 10’s on them. This is damaging the plates and they are very expensive to keep on replacing. Treat your equipment with respect.
