Starting next week, January 8, 2013, The Rock Barbell Club will meet Tuesday at 3 PM, Friday at 3 PM, and Saturday at 11:30 AM.

15 minute AMRAP

30 pull-ups
30 swings (53,35)
30 walking lunges (15 per leg)
30 wall balls
30 double unders (90 singles)
30 burpees
30 sit-ups

*score will be the number of reps achieved. If you finish one round your score will be 210 reps, if you get into round two just add the reps that you finish before the time expires.
