Starting next week, January 8, 2013, The Rock Barbell Club will meet Tuesday at 3 PM, Friday at 3 PM, and Saturday at 11:30 AM. Please note that today, 1/4/13, BBC is cancelled due to my trip to Nashville. See everyone on Tuesday.

6 rounds for time

12 toes to bar
9 squat jumps
6 deadlifts @75% of your max
3 hand stand push-ups

*1 minute rest between rounds. At the end please subtract 5 minutes of rest for your time.
