Skillwork: 10 minutes working on the snatch. You can work on any varaiation you like. Use no more than 60% of you max.

then:

“Kalsu”

100 Thrusters for time (75/45 ) with 5 burpees on the minute, every minute (start with the burpees).

At the beginning of every minute perform 5 burpees. For the rest of the minute perform as many thrusters as you can during that minute repeat

until you reach 100 total thrusters.
