40 seconds on 20 seconds off for 3 RDS. Score is total reps. Do all three movements for 40/20 one minute rest and move to the next round.

Round 1

  • Floor Press (95/65)
  • Med Ball sit-ups (20/14) see video below
  • Jump Squats

Round 2

  • Pull-ups
  • Med Ball sit-ups
  • Jump Squats

Round 3

  • Hang Power Clean (95/65)
  • Med Ball Sit-ups
  • Jump Squats
