Skill Work:

3 attempts at max double unders, athletes will get 2 minutes off between sets. (Please record best consecutive attempt)

If you cannot get double unders, here is your time to work with your coach to try and get some.

5 rounds for time
3 hand stand push-ups
6 power snatches (95/65)
9 overhead squats (95/65)
12 deck squats
