Conditioning:

30 box jumps
15 push press (115/85)
25 box jumps
10 push press
20 box jumps
5 push press
15 box jumps

Plate farmers carry (pinch grip) 100 yds
45-m 25-f

-If you drop the plates or have to put them down at any time, you must perform 3 burpees before continuing.

-Time ends when you finish the farmers carry.

Core:

Hollow rocks 30 seconds on 1 minute off x3
