Conditioning:

“The Chief”

5×3 minute AMRAPs
1 minute rest between rounds

3 power cleans (135-m 95-f)
6 hand release push-ups
9 air squats

If at the end of 3 minutes you are half way through a round, please continue where you left of during the next 3 minutes.

Score will be total reps – 18 reps per round
