Tabata the following movements:

*8 rounds of 20 on 10 off per exercise for a total of 32 rounds

Double Unders
Wall balls
Toes Bar
Swings

Core:

Side planks 3×30 seconds each side. 1 minute rest after both right and left have been completed.
