Partner Wod

  • 200 Deadlifts (185/115)
  • 200 Pull-ups (both can work at the same time)
  • 200 Box Jumps (other partner holds push up position)
  • 200 Sit-ups
  • 200 Walking lunge

    Time Cap = 45 min.  One person works the other rests except for pull-ups.

*Post time or reps completed
