Guys 6000 lbs

Ladies 4000 lbs

You must clean & jerk the total weight above using one of the weights/reps below.

Split or Push Jerk is acceptable. Bar starts from the floor each rep.

135 lbs = 44 reps                                      105 lbs= 38 reps

125 = 48 reps                                              95= 42 reps

115= 52 reps                                                85= 47 reps

105 = 57 reps                                                75= 53 reps

95= 63 reps                                                65= 61 reps

85= 70 reps                                                 55= 72 reps
