1 Rep Max Power Snatch

CrossFit will release the first WOD of the CrossFit Open live tonight at 8pm. As stated in last week’s blog, participants will perform the WODs each week at one of the following times:

-Fridays (all classes)
-Sundays (Open Gym)
-Thursday (11am) *just added

During The Open please:

-Take the day off or do some light intensity work the day prior to performing the WOD.

-Communicate with Matt if you cannot make one of the times above and need to schedule a different time.

-Review the WOD video released on the games site before performing your workout.

-Realize that your score will only count if you do the workout as RX and Any modifications/scales made will not count.

-Respect your judge and do not argue about a “no rep.” If you do so, we will relieve the judge from their duty and your 2013 CrossFit Open experience will end.

-Have fun!
