1. Suburban Strength Coach podcast is up and running. Take a listen and submit your questions.

2. We are now a recognized club by United States Weightlifting? The club is called The Rock Barbell Club, and weightlifting classes will be added to the class schedule by Thanksgiving. The website will be coming soon. Yes, it is free for unlimited members.

3. Did you know we have a beginners CrossFit Class. This class focuses on developing sound technique using the foundational CrossFit movements. Anyone can take it but we are really trying to reach those that are new to Crossfit and aren’t yet ready for the regular classes. The beginners class runs on Monday and Wednesday at 9:30. Have a family member try it out for free today!!!!

4. We will be introducing a FREE class every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the Month. This class is for those that just want to give CrossFit a try with limited CrossFit experience. The coach will provide a fun and basic CrossFit workout that anybody can perform regardless of their fitness level. Feel free to spread this around to family and friends, you are also welcome to take the class with them. The first class will be on Saturday, October 20th at 10:00am. Please let us know
If you will be bringing anyone so we can register them.
